These Terms and Conditions govern the use of gift cards issued by Eagle Mountain House and Eagle Landing. By purchasing or using a gift card, you agree to the following terms:
1. Gift Card Use
– Gift cards are redeemable only for goods and services at Eagle Mountain House or Eagle Landing. Gift cards are only redeemable in-person and cannot be used online.
– Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
– Gift cards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
2. Expiration and Fees
– Gift cards do not expire and do not incur maintenance or service fees, unless otherwise stated or required by law.
3. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards
– Treat gift cards as cash. Eagle Mountain House and/or Eagle Landing are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards. Replacement cards will not be issued unless required by law.
4. Refunds and Returns
– Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned, except where required by law.
– If a purchase made with a gift card is refunded, the refund will be issued back to the original gift card.
6. Fraud and Abuse
Eagle Mountain House & Eagle Landing reserve the right to deactivate or reject any gift card if it suspects unauthorized, fraudulent, or unlawful use.
7. Prohibited Use
– Gift cards may not be resold, used for illegal activities, or redeemed for unauthorized transactions.
8. Compliance with Laws
– Gift cards are issued in accordance with applicable state and federal laws. Certain terms may vary by jurisdiction.
9. Amendments
– Eagle Mountain House & Eagle Landing reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
